Hey! Have I told you lately that you’re beautiful?
Well, you are.
Yes! You! You’re beautiful.
Anyway.
Three of my poems, Pinckney, The Eavesdropper & And it was a smooth flight, are out now in Taxicab Magazine.
I wrote Pinckney in Pinckney State Recreational Area in Michigan on a weekend getaway with my wife.
The Eavesdropper comes from an overheard conversation.
And it was a smooth flight was written on an airplane while contemplating the meaninglessness of existence, the act of creation, as well as shame-carrying.
I’m glad the good people of Taxicab Magazine were kind enough to publish these poems.
