Evening,
I hope you had a wonderful week. I hope all your dreams came true. I hope that magnolia tree you planted in your back garden last year has started blooming. I hope the dishes in your sink have magically washed & dried themselves and found their way to their respective places in your cabinets. I hope all your dirty laundry laundered itself. I hope the garbage takes itself out and you have time to kick your feet up & relax on this Friday evening.
I also hope you’ll take a few minutes to read my short story, Darksome, that was published today in the final issue of Dark Matter: A Journal of Natural Metaphor. It’s a strange little story about a strange little boy and a hungry cat.

Big thanks to Dr. Brad Hoge and all his staff at Dark Matter.
