A.S. Coomer is a writer, musician, artist, and perpetual rain dog. His work has appeared in over sixty literary journals, magazines, anthologies and the like. He was nominated for the Pushcart Prize three times in 2016. He won the Thelma Prize, as judged by Catfish McDaris, for his poem I’m not sure how I feel about the sound. He was commissioned a Kentucky Colonel in 2019 for his creative & literary work & service.
